Raising your vibration may sound kind of new age-y to some, but it is actually a potent practice to start implementing on a regular basis if you desire to be at optimal health, eradicate depression, enjoy high energy, create prosperity, call in (or cultivate) love, and just generally live a happy & fulfilling life.

Everything is vibration at it’s source.

Love this, what a great reminder to take care of ourselves. Me, I’m into crystals, essential oils, yoga, energy medicine, getting outside and connecting with mother nature and reiki!

What a great list! I read somewhere that rather than trying to force yourself to do a difficult task, raise your vibration first, and then it will seem easier. Kids do so many of these things spontaneously (skipping and dancing and singing).

Here are a few more: Listening to crickets at night is nice for me as well as listening to running water in a pond or fountain. Funny films that make you laugh, touching old films like Casa Blanca (that open the heart), learning new things (to open the mind), having a bird feeder so that you can see and feed birds.
