With autumn approaching, change is in the air, and the time is ripe for letting go and cleansing on all levels. Enjoy this list of some of my favorite ways to cleanse and get clear in your mind, body, emotions and spirit.

Go ahead and try one today, then one or two tomorrow . . . and watch the magic unfold.

  • 10 Deep breaths
